How often is early check in available?

Hi Revana! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

I wish Madame Leota could look into her crystal ball for you and let us know whether you could access your room early for your upcoming visit. I know if you're getting in early, it can be really nice to have that early check-in. Unfortunately, it depends on whether or not a room is ready, and sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't.

On our most recent trip, we arrived very early and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. We were fully prepared to leave our bags with Bell Services, so we could go explore the Downtown Disney District. We also considered grabbing something to snack on while relaxing in the gorgeous lobby of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Those are all good options if your room isn't ready when you arrive. A little shopping to fill the time is always my idea of time well spent too, so don't forget the merchandise locations in the hotels!

If you know you'll be arriving early, you can also make a dining reservation at one of Disneyland Resort Hotel's dining locations or a dining location in the Downtown Disney District, so you can rest your feet and enjoy a meal with your group while you wait. Reservations are subject to availability.

    I hope this helps!
