    How often do the buses run between the transportation center and the animal kingdom.

    Hello Michael!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to answer your question about complimentary resort transportation at Walt Disney World Resort.

    All Walt Disney World Resort buses operate at approximately 20-minute intervals. You will find that the buses traveling to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park from the Transportation and Ticket Center follow this schedule as well. Please remember that this is only an estimate and actual arrival/travel times may vary according to season, crowds and weather. Here are some additional things to keep in mind about Walt Disney World Resort bus service:    

    •  Bus service from Walt Disney World Resort hotels begins 45 minutes prior to park opening and ends 1 hour prior to park closing.
    •  Return service to Walt Disney World Resort hotels ends 2 hours after final park closing.

    Michael, I hope you are planning on experiencing the all new Pandora - The World of Avatar while visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I highly recommend taking flight on the back of a banshee on Avatar Flight of Passage, one of the newest and greatest attractions at Walt Disney World Resort. I promise you won’t regret it!
