How often do the buses go to the parks, were staying at All Star Music Resort?

    Hi Cindy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You've chosen a fun value resort for your Walt Disney World vacation. All-Star Music, with its guitar-shaped pool and larger-than-life themed decorations representing all types of music, sits between the All-Star Sports and All-Star Movies resorts not far from Animal Kingdom.

The complimentary Disney bus transportation to all four theme parks, the water parks and Disney Springs runs about every 20 minutes. During peak periods, the time between buses may be shorter. At other times, it takes a little longer. Often, buses serve all three All-Star resorts, stopping first at Sports, then Music, then Movies.

Once you leave the property, it should take no more than 15 or 20 minutes to the drop-off spot at the entrance of each theme park. I like to allow an hour for transportation no matter which resort I'm staying in. I'd rather be early than feel rushed or stressed that I'm going to be late for a dining reservation or a FastPass+.

Monitors at the bus stops will give you estimates of when the next bus will arrive that is bound for your destination. And you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to get directions and approximate travel times.

I've been sharing information about how to get to and from your resort, but you also will want to explore all the activities and amenities your resort has to offer, such as Movies Under the Stars. And did you know that you can use Mobile Ordering in the My Disney Experience mobile app to get your food at the Intermission Food Court in a snap?

Thanks for your question, Cindy. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as you plan your vacation itinerary. We're always eager to assist. Enjoy!
