When it comes to receipts for
tickets purchase, you should have received an email at the time of purchase confirming your order and detailing the cost as well as links to your eTickets and Park Reservations. If that email didn't make its way to your inbox, I would first check those "spam" and "junk" folders to double-check that it just didn't lose its way. If you are still unable to find it, I would give our
Guest Services team a ring at (714) 781-4636. They will be able to go into your account and assist you from there!
