    Are they offering the free DP this year in October?

    Hi, Esther!

    There was a Free Dining offer that actually ended earlier this summer. I don't see any dates for October as of now on the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website. The best thing to do is to just keep an eye on that page to see if any additional dates are offered for later in the year.
