Hello, Jacalyn. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Your Walt Disney World vacation is quickly approaching, I bet you are getting so excited.
Disney's Pop Century Resort is a great resort to stay at. I love the breakfast at the
Everything POP Food & Shopping and enjoying some time splish splashing by the Hippy Dippy Pool. At this time,
nightly campfires are not offered at Disney's Pop Century Resort or any other value level resort. However, you are able to join in on the fiery fun at any of the locations where it's offered. If I were you, I'd head over to
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort for their nightly
Chip ‘N’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long. It's the best campfire offered at Walt Disney World, you get to roast marshmallows and sing songs with Chip 'n' Dale! You can bring your own marshmallows and sticks or purchase kits from the Chuckwagon Snack Bar located near the campfire. The s'more kits cost $9.99 currently and include a full sleeve of graham crackers, lots of marshmallows and chocolate. You can get about 8-10 s'mores from one kit. If you think about it, that's a great deal for an evening with some beloved Disney characters and dessert! The campfire usually takes place around 8:00 p.m. each night but the calendar isn't out for the month of August yet so I can't say for sure on the night you are wanting to visit. As it gets closer to your travel dates, head over to the
Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long webpage, linked for you, and click on the calendar icon located on the right hand side of the screen. It will open up an interactive calendar where you can select a date and it will show you the nightly time.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask. Have fun!
