Hi Fedah! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you found us to ask this great question.
Is it just me, or has the summer gone by really fast?! I'm in back-to-school mode, and as much as I love teaching, it's nice to know when my next magical getaway to The Happiest Place on Earth will be! While teachers don't receive a discount when purchasing
Theme Park Tickets or staying at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel, I have some great tips for other ways you can save some money to offset the cost of visiting the Disneyland Resort. My favorite way to save money when planning a Disney Parks vacation is to use my
Disney Rewards Visa Credit Card. I use it to pay for things such as Theme Park Tickets and hotel and then
use the Rewards Dollars for food, beverages, and merchandise while we're having fun at the theme parks and the
Downtown Disney District. If you don't have this credit card, new card members can earn a statement credit (subject to change) after meeting certain spending requirements.
When booking a hotel, I always check for discounts for the dates I will stay. Sometimes
Good Neighbor Hotels offer discounts for certain dates or if you have joined their frequent stay program. You can also check out
Special Offers and Discounts on the Disneyland website to see if you qualify for any current savings. As you are purchasing Theme Park Tickets, I also recommend considering multiple days to enjoy the magic. The more days you add, the more you save and you're guaranteeing you will have more time to enjoy
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park!
I hope this information helps with your planning. If you have more questions before you arrive, please stop by
planDisney again. You've got a friend in us, and we would love to help!
See ya real soon!
Smiles,
Lisa
