Do you offer any special line passes for someone who is sick or handicapped and cant stand on the long lines.

    Hi Elizabeth,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Services for Guests with Disabilities Guide includes specific information about accommodations that can be made for guests with disabilities. One of those accommodations includes the Disability Access Service. This service is specifically intended for guests that cannot tolerate standing in long lines. Guests in wheelchairs or Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) can be accommodated without using the Disability Access Service.

To determine if the Disability Access Service will accommodate your needs, simply stop by Guest Relations at the first theme park that you visit. Explain that you may need the Disability Access Service and a cast member will work with you to determine if the service will accommodate your needs.

My husband has used this service in the past. When he registers, a cast member also connects the girls and me to his Disability Access Service using our MagicBands. Once connected, either of us can approach a cast member at an attraction and request a return time for that attraction. Once we return to ride, my husband (the person with the Disability Access Service) has to scan in first and then the rest of us can scan in for the ride. The good news is that you can use the Disability Access Service in addition to Fast Pass+ so be sure to also make those Fast Pass+ selections!

Elizabeth, whenever we have visited, cast members have been so helpful. I trust that you will have a fabulous time!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
