Do you still offer payment plans?

Hello there, Micki! Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney! I’m so happy to be able to help you today.

Oh boy, how exciting to be booking a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! There really is nothing quite like having a fabulous vacation to look forward to, is there? I love to get hyped up for my visits, so I like to buy a special Disney calendar to cross off the days until I’m off on my next adventure. It’s a great way to get amped up, and you’ll really see how quickly the days fly by! So, let’s get to your question so you can get that vacation booked and start crossing off those days!

While there is no official payment plan, only a $200 deposit is required at the time of booking (though the amount is subject to change). Since your final payment is not due until 30 days before your arrival, you can make incremental payments on your vacation in the months leading up to your trip, effectively acting as a payment plan for your vacation. One of my favorite things about booking a Walt Disney World vacation is the fact that I can make payments to chip away at my balance over time, making it much easier for me to afford the visit!

Once you have your vacation booked and you’re ready to make a payment, all you’ll need to do is follow the steps below:

    • To get started, log into your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner.
    • Next, select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.
    • Once loaded, you’ll want to scroll down until you see the "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" section and look for the blue link that reads "Make a Payment."
    • Once you click on the link, you can follow the prompts to make your payment, and you are all set!

Alternatively, you can also make your payment over the phone with the help of one of the fabulous Cast Members on the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team by calling (407) 939-1936. They will be more than happy to take care of this for you.

There are so many new and exciting things to enjoy at Walt Disney World these days. For example, have you heard about EPCOT’s newest attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind? I’m a major thrill seeker and like to think of myself as a coast connoisseur, and I can tell you that this is by far my favorite attraction I have ever been on! You’ll be transported back in time in a car that rotates 360 degrees, ensuring you don't miss a second of this intergalactic race through space with the Guardians of the Galaxy crew. I had a chance to chat about the new attractions with some of my planDisney family on the most recent episode of the planDisney Podcast, so I’ve linked it below so you can take a listen and learn more about this exciting new attraction.

I hope this has been helpful to you! As you continue to prep for your upcoming visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. So, please visit us again with any questions you may have.

    See you real soon!
