Welcome to planDisney, Cessi, from one Marylander to another! It sounds like you are in the beginning stages of planning your next
Walt Disney World vacation, and I am happy to help point you in the right direction when it comes to planning for a group.
If your group will include booking a block of ten (10) rooms or more, you can contact the
phone number for group reservations to get started. If your group doesn’t require that many rooms, I recommend swinging by the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page to see what current promotions are being offered that suit your needs and budget. Currently, two promotions are being offered that you can take advantage of:
• Save up to 35% on rooms at select Disney Resort Collection hotels.
• A FREE dining plan when booking a room and theme park ticket with the Park Hopper option.
*These offers are subject to change and have specific criteria to be eligible, so I recommend reading each out thoroughly to see what works with your timing and budget.
Some resorts to consider that can accommodate your group would be
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. These resorts feature Family Suites which can accommodate up to six adults each. But if you want amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer, you might want to consider the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom villas at the
Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts. Our personal favorites are
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa due to its walking proximity to the Magic Kingdom and
Disney’s Beach Club Villas to take advantage of the quick walks to both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Another recommendation would be to contact
Disney Meetings & Events, as they specialize in creating unforgettable celebrations, including birthdays, gender reveals, weddings, and family reunions! Organizing a personalized celebration for your group would be icing on the cake for an already unforgettable vacation.
I hope this information helps you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World. If you have any additional questions, you
can ask me directly, or any other of the awesome panelists here at planDisney.
Thanks,
Brent
