Do you offer any free tickets for a 100% disabled combat related veteran ? Purple Heart Recipient

Hi Misty! Thanks for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We are a military family, so your post about your Purple Heart family member truly touched me.  We offer a word of thanks to both you and your family member from ours for their service and sacrifice in the line of duty.

Unfortunately, the Walt Disney World Resort currently does not offer any free tickets for combat disabled veterans; they do, however, offer specially priced military tickets for veterans and their family members or friends.  Additionally, you may purchase Memory Maker at a discount and may book resort rooms on select dates with a special military discount.

I would also love to tell you about a special ceremony held in the Magic Kingdom daily at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on Main Street, U.S.A.  The Flag Retreat is a beautiful flag-folding ceremony that makes us feel so proud of our military members each time we visit the Magic Kingdom.  I hope you can experience the ceremony and love it just as much as we do.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
