Hi Brenda,
Welcome to planDisney!
Since it sounds like you are leading the planning for a group, I have to first send a little extra pixie dust with patience! Planning for large groups can be challenging. If you will need 10 rooms or more, I suggest that you
contact someone in Group Reservations by phone. Since it looks like your dates are quickly approaching, I recommend that you contact them as soon as possible.
Once you get your rooms confirmed, I suggest that you
purchase tickets and then make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. If you do not yet have a
My Disney Experience account, you need to create one and then make sure all of your
dining and park pass reservations are linked in that account. If there are others traveling with you who will have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you all need to connect via the
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience.
As you consider which
Disney Resorts Collection hotel to book, consider the transportation options from each resort hotel. Disney's Pop Century Resort is one of my favorite resort hotels because it tends to be more affordable and it has access to the
Disney Skyliner as well as Walt Disney World® Bus Transportation.
Brenda, I wish you an uneventful planning process. Also, when searching for advanced dining reservations, check those reservation possibilities by precise time instead of searching by meal period (i.e. breakfast, lunch, or dinner). We cannot wait to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
