Can you offer any advice on viewing the taping of the Christmas Day Parade? We will be at WDW on the dates it is taped and wondering if it's worth watching? If so, where is the best place to go to watch? My kids would be thrilled to see a DisneyChannel celeb

    Hi there Carla!

Last year Disney distributed tickets so that guests were able to attend the Parade taping. From what I recall, guests who had arrived early to the park were also allowed to watch the taping from other areas. At this time, I haven't seen anything that says that they will be doing the same thing this year. I would keep an eye out on the the Disney Parks Blog and other Disney fan sites for any last minute updates.

I think that just being there and seeing all of the equipment and maybe certain parts of the taping would be a lot of fun for your child. Being there for the entire time may be a little frustrating for you and the kids since there will be a lot of stop and go recording. Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help!
