    are off site guests allow to use Disney buses for park hopping?

    Hi Shu,

    Whether you are a guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort or a guest visiting the Theme Parks, Water Parks, etc...., you are still a WDW guest and yes! you can use their transportation.  Have a magical time!
