    We just got off the ship today and I can’t find (1) my account statement that shows my charges and (2) the digital photos we purchased. We bought 10 digital photos but when I access the photos online, they still have all of the watermarks on them.

    I hope you enjoyed your recent voyage with Disney Cruise Line and it would be my pleasure to assist you with the retrieval of your past sailing statement folio account. Stuart, kindly refer to the Disney Cruise Line Help Center to complete a Disney Cruise Line Help Form detailing your name, contact information including an email address, and your past sailing reservation number and kindly select the My Recent Cruise from the drop-down menu in the Subject line.  When you see the Your Question section, be sure to include the cruise date and then request a copy of your onboard statement. Stuart, you are also welcome to obtain assistance by contacting a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. I recommend attempting telephone contact early morning or later in the evening as wait times tend to be lengthy especially now with the newest ship, the Disney Wish available for booking.

    Stuart, regarding accessing your purchased Disney Cruise Line Professional Photography, I apologize for any delay and further inconvenience to you. I recently found my purchased photos by signing in to my Disney Cruise Line account, locating my Castaway Club ID number in my Membership &  Passes and then entering the ID number in the My Profile section under the Already Booked tab to select the Link Photos option in order to access my purchased photos. For any further difficulty accessing your photos, Stuart, I recommend contacting the Disney Cruise Line Help Center.

    Tips:
    Did you know, that during your sailing you can access your stateroom folio account by using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and you can also view your stateroom folio account via your Stateroom television set. Once you disembark, this information will not be accessible on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App (subject to change).
