I’m so sorry to hear that you are having a less than magical experience as you try to download your photos. Photos are tangible memories and memories are the best treasures. Let’s unearth those treasures, shall we?
My best recommendation to you is to contact the Guest Communications team via email. They can be reached at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com. The team will know what to do and help you locate those precious photos. I know that the Disney Cruise Line website is undergoing some enhancements and I’m truly sorry that you are experiencing this frustration. I hope that the team responds quickly and your treasured photos are in your possession soon.
