I just got off the Disney Magic on Thursday, and the survey for the crew is no longer available today. How do I access it again? I am looking for the one that specifically ties to my stateroom number.

    Hiya, Charlene!

Although the regular survey accessible through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or through QR code links onboard while still connected to the DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi network melts away almost as fast as creamy cones from Eye Scream Treats, there is still a way to provide your input. You can use this link to share feedback, questions, and comments about your recent Disney cruise. For the Subject on the form, you may select "My Recent Cruise." You'll then be prompted to select the ship you sailed on. The form has a field to put your reservation number, which will be enough information to identify the date of your sailing. You may also choose to include your stateroom number in the main body of your submission.

Thanks for contributing to the magic by showing interest in sharing feedback on your recent sailing aboard the Disney Magic, Charlene. Earlier this month, my family stayed at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, which happens to be our home resort as Disney Vacation Club members. Shortly after we returned home we received an email inviting us to share our feedback. I'll be honest, I don't normally revel in filling out online surveys from most businesses. But as a huge fan of the Disney theme parks and the Disney Cruise Line, I actually look forward to answering these surveys. Just like Walt Disney himself said, the Imagineers and Disney Parks Cast Members always strive to "keep moving forward." And information Guests provide in surveys and feedback response forms like those is an important source of information to support that continuous improvement. In a way, it makes you and me a little part of the magic. And that sure brings a smile to my face. Not just because it may help make my own future Disney vacations even better, but it will, hopefully, make Disney vacations better for everyone!

Thanks again for your feedback and input, Charlene. Because of your contributions, I hope you have an even more magical experience the next time you sail Where Magic Meets the Sea.
