Hi Tina!
There are so many fantastic 'interactive' dining experiences around Walt Disney World and especially in Epcot! My family's ultimate favourite is Teppan Edo, so I'm glad to hear that you've enjoyed it in the past!
Some others I'd rank highly as great & entertaining family dining in Epcot include:
Coral Reef: Enjoy fantastic food as you enjoy 'ocean surroundings.' Watch rays, tropical fish and even divers while you dine. This is a great choice for the whole family to enjoy.
Les Chefs de France: Dine "in Paris" and even receive a table-side visit from a certain little rat from a certain fabulous Disney Pixar Film! Remy from Ratatouille actually visits and chats with you during your meal. It's a fun experience for all ages.
Via Napoli: I love the open, family-friendly atmosphere in this 'newer' dining location in Epcot's Italy. This isn't really considered 'interactive I suppose, however the kids will enjoy the huge 'faces' on the wall in the open kitchen. Their mouths are the pizza ovens! Fantastic food and a casual surrounding make this another great choice for the whole family.
If characters is what you are after, there's a great Character Dining option for breakfast close by.
Cape May Cafe's bountiful breakfast buffet with Minnie, Goofy & Donald is one of my favourite character dining locations. After breakfast, a short & pleasant 10 minute walk will have you right in Epcot via the International Gateway!
I hope these ideas help you out Tina!
Don't hesitate to visit me again if I can assist you further in the planning of your Magical vacation!
