    I got off my Alaskan cruise 2 weeks ago and I am having some trouble accessing my photos from Shutters online. When I put in my 8 digit Castaway club ID number, it says I’ve entered an invalid photography ID number. How do I get around this problem? Thanks

    I hope your Alaskan Cruise on the Disney Wonder was amazing! Sailing to Alaska is truly a trip of a lifetime. 

    I am sorry you are having trouble accessing the photos from your cruise. While you may have tried these steps, I just want to review. Start by signing in on the Disney Cruise Line Website. Under "Already Booked" scroll to the bottom and select "My Cruise Photos." Use your Castaway Club ID to access your purchased photos. 

    If your photos are not showing up, send an email to Disney Cruise. Under "Subject" select "Cruise Photos." Make a note in the message of the photo package you purchased, your sail dates, and your reservation number if available. Any help you can give will speed up their ability to research your photos. 

    I hope you have your photos real soon so you can relive every magical moment of your Alaskan Cruise! Remember that Disney Cruise Line itineraries are posted through Summer 2023, so take a look at the wonderful cruises that will set sail. Hopefully we will SEA you real soon!
