Eric from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

On the October 2nd through 9th fort Lauderdale departure, what night is formal night?

Ahoy, Eric, and welcome to planDisney! Wow, you picked such a fun itinerary – you'll visit both of Disney's private islands and other amazing ports of call, and there will be a festive Halloween theme on board!

While entertainment schedules are subject to change, your Halloween on the High Seas sailing is currently scheduled to include four themed nights! Formal night is scheduled for Day 3 (At Sea), but you can also look forward to Halloween activities on Day 2 (Lighthouse Point), Pirate Night on Day 4 (San Juan), and a semi-formal night on Day 6 (At Sea).

Dressing up for these nights is optional, but it definitely adds to the fun. Pack a Halloween costume, a pirate outfit, and some dressy attire! These are great opportunities to take advantage of the onboard photography services.

Once you board the ship and connect to Wi-Fi, you'll be able to use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to see the most current details for your sailing, including themed nights, dining rotations, onboard activities, and more. Keep an eye on the schedule for Halloween-themed Character meet-and-greets, storytelling, and more!

Before we say goodbye today, I just want to say how excited I am for you to experience the Disney Dream. You'll enjoy several uniquely themed rotational dining experiences, including my favorite, the whimsical and beautiful Enchanted Garden. Don't miss Cove Café – mornings are always that much better when they start with a hot latte topped with a fun Disney Character design.

Eric, if you think of any other questions between now and your October sailing, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!

    Smooth sailing ahead,
    Kriss
