William from IL Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We have an Oct 2020 reservation. We have made our dining reservations. Will these reservations be cancelled due to the new outline for Covid19? Also, will we have to pre-pick a park for each day of our stay? Do we no longer need the park hopper? Help!!!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, William! I am so happy you stopped by.

It's almost time for Walt Disney World Resort to channel its inner Arendelle and open up the gates, but there are a few things you should be aware of so you don't venture into the unknown.

William, in order to maintain adequate social distancing, at this time all existing Walt Disney World Resort dining reservations and FastPass+ selections have been canceled. Unfortunately, this includes dining reservations made for your scheduled trip in October. At a later date, advance dining reservations will be available to book 60-days in advance, as opposed to the normal 180-days. William, since we do not yet know when reservations will open up, stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog and the official Walt Disney World Resort website for the latest updates.

William, we are still waiting for the exact information to come out regarding the park entry reservation system. As you have existing hotel reservations, you can expect Walt Disney World Resort to reach out to you with details soon.

    Warm Hugs!
