Hi Kay,

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a lovely resort! It is sleek, elegant, and modern, and the walking distance to the Magic Kingdom is wonderful. Yes, Bell Services will store your delivery from Garden Grocer until you arrive, and they will be sure to keep anything that needs refrigeration cold.

The Magic Bands are part of My Magic+, a new program being rolled out by Disney this year. Currently, the program is in the testing phase. If you are selected to be a part of the testing, you should be notified before arrive at Walt Disney World. Please know that many resorts and guests are not currently testing Magic Bands. If you are not selected to test them, do not worry. You will simply receive a Key to the World Card when you arrive for access to your resort room. Depending on your theme park tickets, you may have a separate ticket, or you may be able to add the tickets to your Key to the World Card. My family and I recently returned from a trip to Walt Disney World where we were not selected for Magic Band testing, and everything went just as smoothly as it had on our past trips. Each member of my family had a Key to the World Card and our Annual Passes, and we were good to go!
