Oct. 1-4 - Animal Kingdom's Kilimanjaro Safari - what is best time of day for this great-looking activity? We are hoping to see lots of animals and also see the Lion King show. Getting more excited every day! Love the help you give visitors! Thanks!

    Hi Mary!

This is a great question.  Also, thank you for the compliment on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  All of us on the panel enjoy helping guests plan their magical Disney vacation.

According to my friends at the independent website who have done a lot of research on this subject, it doesn't really matter.  You can see a lot of animals all day long.  However, personally, I still think it is best to go early in the morning.  The line for the attraction won't be that long in the morning and I think the animals do like the cooler temperatures in the morning.  Either way, it is a "must do" attraction and shouldn't be missed!

The Festival of the Lion King show is a lot of fun.  You should also see Finding Nemo - The Musical.  When you enter the park, pick up a Times Guide so that you will know what time the shows will be performed on the day you visit!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
