Hello there, Jasmine!
I’m so glad you found us here at
planDisney and asked your
Disneyland Resort question. I hope your most recent visit to the Happiest Place on Earth was filled with magical memories!
Do you want to confirm if there are still valid days left to use on a multi-day
theme park ticket in your possession, Jasmine? If the ticket was linked to your Disneyland account in the
Disneyland mobile app, there is an easy way to check. Launch the app and be sure that you’re logged in to your account. Tap the three stacked lines icon near the bottom right of your screen and then select “Tickets and Passes.” If your linked ticket still has unused allotments remaining, the ticket will appear on the next screen along with the number of remaining days and an expiration date. You may need to swipe left to see all of the valid tickets you’ve linked.
Another way to review the details of the Disney eTickets you’ve purchased in the past is to search for the confirmation email you received when buying your tickets and making theme park reservations. The subject line of my most recent ticket transaction email was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with the ticket confirmation number. In the email I found lots of information about my tickets, including the date of purchase, the type and length of the tickets, the
theme park reservation confirmation numbers, the name of the person each ticket was assigned to, the cost of the tickets, and the method I used to pay for them. However, please note that the link to access your eTickets will no longer work if the tickets in question have already been redeemed.
I hope this information helps, Jasmine, but if you still have questions about your tickets, please feel free to write back to us or call the Disneyland Resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to receive live assistance from a Cast Member.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
