Hiya, Stephanie! Thanks so much for swinging by planDisney with your question. I am so excited you have a trip coming up to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Stephanie, I believe you are referring to
Disability Access Service (DAS), a program to help Guests who have difficulty waiting in line for extended periods of time. There is a pre-registration feature with DAS Advance where you can request a video chat with a Cast Member before your arrival, but that needs to be completed at least two days prior to your arrival. As you are already within that window, I suggest you visit Guest Relations upon arrival to Disneyland Resort and they will be happy to discuss the DAS program with you.
If you are eligible for DAS, you will be able to schedule return times for attractions from the Disneyland mobile app or in person. Once you are registered, it will be valid for the duration of your trip.
The Disneyland Resort website has lots of
information to support Guests with disabilities, including
wheelchair and Electric Conveyance Vehicle rentals and accessibility information. There is a
useful guide you can download for each of the two theme parks – this is something I have recommended to friends needing to get acclimated with services and accommodations before their arrival.
I just visited the
Disneyland Resort this weekend and had an incredible time. I hope you have the most magical visit!
