    How can I obtain our Disney admission cards?

      
    Hello, Steven! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by to bring us a question! I see you’ll be traveling to Walt Disney World next month and will be there just in time to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Disney Parks! I hope that your visit means you’ve purchased Theme Park Tickets and have chosen the Will Call option, where you will be picking up your Admission Cards on property. 

    In order to do so, you will visit any Disney Ticket Center, including the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or any Ticket Window outside the Theme Parks. You will need to bring the Credit Card used to purchase the Tickets, the person to whom the Credit Card belongs, and their photo ID. You will only need to complete this once, and you will have your cards for the rest of the trip! However, before you travel, please know that you can use your Confirmation number to link your Tickets into My Disney Experience, which will allow you to make your Park Pass REservations before your trip! You can find this Confirmation number within the email you should have received upon purchasing your tickets. If you cannot locate this number, please call Disney Existing Tickets to discuss with a Cast Member. 

    Steven, I hope that this information is helpful to you! Just so you know, once your Tickets are linked within My Disney Experience and assigned to each person traveling, they will also be linked to any Admission Cards or MagicBands already connected to your account.
