Hi! Is there a way to obtain a DASC prior to our first day in the parks? I hate to waste valuable time our first morning standing in an extra line if there is a way for us to obtain the DASC the night before from someplace like our resort. Thanks!”

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica, we thank you for your loyalty in consulting us!

I can sense great excitement towards your magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort, and I have to admit, the same emotions surface before my Disney vacations.

In sincere efforts to afford all Guests an inclusive and enjoyable experience Disney’s Services for Guests with Disabilities is a helpful planning tool, containing information about Disney’s Disability Access Service (DAS), which may be of benefit to you or a loved one. Because a digital image of the Guest requiring the (DAS) is taken, all in your travel party must head to any Disney Theme Park Guest Relations to consult with a Cast Member who can assist you with the quick process if necessary. The Cast Member, during my experience, linked all Guests in my travel party to my son’s (DAS) via our MagicBands, but a Theme Park Admission Card may also be used in place of a MagicBand if you wish.

Jessica, invite your family to plan and share in your Disney account and then you’ll be able to utilize FastPass+ Planning along with the (DAS) to fully optimize your attraction and ride experiences.

We hope this information is helpful, Jessica and wish you an enjoyable and magical vacation!
