Welcome to planDisney, Margaret! I'm happy to help you today.
For
mobile order receipts, Disney automatically emails them to the address associated with your My Disney Experience account. The quickest way to round them up is to search your inbox for terms like "mobile order," "Walt Disney World," or the restaurant name and the date you visited. Those emails serve as your official receipts and include the order number, items, and total.
If your visit was very recent, you can also find your orders in the
My Disney Experience app. Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, choose "Order Food," and then tap "Order History" at the top of the screen, and you should see your most recent mobile orders there. Just a heads up: this view is limited to very recent activity. It won't display your full archive from past trips. If you don't see an older order, it has simply aged out of the app's history, and the email is the record you'll want in that case.
Still coming up empty? Try searching the email tied to who actually placed the order; sometimes families have multiple accounts. You can also look for any charges on the payment method you used, and your card statement can help you pinpoint exact dates and locations to refine your email search. If you charged anything to your
Disney Resort room, you can also reference the folio you received in your email at checkout, as it may help you match up the dates and totals.
Have a magical day, Margaret!
