    Is there nutritional information/Weight Watchers points available for Disney World restaurants?

    Hello, Jamie,

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  While there isn't anything published through Walt Disney World in relationship to Disney Dining and Weight Watchers points, you might try sending an email to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to inquire about nutritional information so that you could figure points out on your own.

    Even if you can't locate the specific points for food and dining items, please know that Walt Disney World  does a wonderful job offering many healthful choices for guests, so you should feel confident knowing you'll have some dining options to help you make choices that you won't feel guilty about.
