Is there a nursery available on Disney Dream cruise for our 2 year old?

Ahoy there, Alla! Welcome aboard the friendly decks of planDisney!

I'm so glad you sailed my way with this question about your Disney Cruise Line vacation this coming January! I can tell from your question that you already know that it's a world of laughter from the minute you step aboard any of the amazing ships of the Disney Cruise Line fleet and the Disney Dream is no exception!

While earlier in the year, it was a world of tears when it comes to the "it's a small world" nursery!, I'm pleased to report that our world of hopes has been answered as the most amazing nursery on the seven seas has now opened across the Disney Cruise Line Fleet!

As a Disney Dad of a little sailor, I'm extra ready for him to be rocked to sleep by the gentle motion of the ship while in the expert care of the Disney Cruise Line youth club crew members! With our littlest castaway too young to take part in the fun at Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab, “it’s a small world” nursery! not only offers us adults a chance for some much needed time to reconnect with one another, but the kiddos to play in a safe, secure space inspired by everyone's...ok, maybe not EVERYONE'S...favorite attraction! The design is picture-perfect and interactive while offering a calming space for naptimes, too!

It's important to note that an additional fee applies, and nursery services on all days of the cruise are subject to availability. The last time we sailed on the Disney Dream, the price was around $4/hour, but prices are subject to change. Also, as space is limited, I suggest you make reservations online through “My Cruise Activities” within your advanced booking window or, once on board, by visiting or calling the Nursery.

Here's hoping that your little one will have a great experience while you wait for them to age into Disney's Oceaneer Club - but don't miss the open houses in that space where the entire family can see what fun is in store on future cruises! Open house times will be listed in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app

Thank you so much for your question, Alla! If you have any others as you continue planning, please drop me another message here at planDisney! I'm sure we'll meet again.

It's a small world after all, right?

Oh, and good luck getting that song out of your head, haha!
