Hiya Benji,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
Disney Gift Cards are a great way to plan for
Disneyland Resort visits! I like to plan what snacks and souvenirs to buy on my visit and
purchase a Disney Gift Card beforehand! It helps that each Disney Gift Card can hold up to $1000.00, so if you have multiple Disney Gift Cards, you can transfer the balances onto one card, just like magic!
I’m sorry you cannot locate the numbers for your gift card! If the Card Number and Extended Account Number (EAN) are not listed on the back of the card (or if you didn’t get a card), I encourage you to review the confirmation email you received after purchase. It should have the card number and EAN detailed just under the graphic of the Gift Card. Typically, Disney Gift Cards will have the account number listed on the back along with the EAN next to it, which needs to be scratched off on a physical card.
You can also use the Disney Gift Card website to keep track of your Gift Cards and transfer funds from one card to another. There's even a
Contact Us page to inquire about a lost or stolen card. They may help you locate your account number if you cannot find it.
Tip from Tiffany: Did you know you can upload your gift card into your MyDisney account or Apple Wallet for use at all shops, dining locations (including
mobile orders!), and
Disneyland Resort Hotels? Be sure to let the Cast Members know you wish to use a Disney Gift Card at the time of purchase, so they can scan the barcode provided. Then enjoy any snack and/or merchandise you purchase during your visit!
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
