    What is the number for member services?

    Thanks for dropping by planDisney with another question.  With so many exciting ways to plan a Disney vacation each year, there's nothing I love more than chatting with another Member to help you make the most of your Disney Vacation Club Membership!

    While you can find tons of Disney Vacation Club information, book reservations, and manage many aspects of your Membership right from the Disney Vacation Club website, there are certain times when you'll need to reach out to Member Services directly to answer a question or book an experience.  To do this, you'll have two options.  First, you can call Member Services to speak with a Cast Member at (800) 800-9800. But in addition to a phone call, you can also use the super-convenient chat feature on the DVC website to chat directly with a Member Services Cast Member.  In my experience, the wait times to chat are much lower than phone wait times, so if I have a Membership question or a basic Membership issue that needs to be resolved with my account, I typically prefer the website option.  Just be sure that you have your Membership number handy before beginning the chat –– Cast Members will need to verify your information to access your Membership.

    While you have Member Services on the line, you might also want to take a chance to speak with them (and even book) about some of the exciting new Member Benefits that have been announced in the last few months.  Recently, we've seen the return of Member-exclusive Moonlight Magic events, the addition of new dessert parties at Top of the World Lounge - A Villians Lair, newly-announced holiday offerings at Disney's Hollywood Studios just for DVC Members, and much more. Lately, I feel like there's Membership magic being announced each time I open my email –– it's awesome!  These Member Benefits are the perfect way to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your upcoming visit, so I definitely recommend speaking about them with a Member Services Cast Member for all the details.
