    Hello- with the number of covid cases going up in LA. I have reservations to visit on August 11th. When could we cancel for a full refund if we choose too?

    As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are working really hard on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! I can also assure you that Mickey's primary goal is to keep every Guest who visits a Disneyland Theme Park as safe as possible all while having the most MAGICAL time at the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! I want to let you know that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable at this time. Now, the great thing is that you can cancel your Disneyland Theme Park Reservation and make a new reservation that will work better in your schedule and when you feel it will be safer for you to go. My recommendation is to check and make sure you keep an eye on the expiration date on your ticket. 

    Please know we are here to answer any other questions you might have. Exciting announcements are being made all of the time, and we don't want you to miss ANYTHING!
