Is there a number or chat I can use to plan my trip to DisneyWorld? I am having a hard time understanding warning on the website and need help!

    Hi Courtney! Welcome to planDisney!

I am thrilled to hear that you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, and it looks like you will be going on vacation SOON. Yay! There is no time to waste, so let's get right to work!

Your best bet for speaking with a Cast Member is to call (407) 939-1936. They can help book your entire vacation package including Disney Resorts Collection hotel and Walt Disney World theme park tickets. They can also walk you through linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account so you can complete your vacation with Disney Park Pass reservations (currently required to visit the theme parks) and any dining reservations you need.

You can also try chatting with a Cast Member to let them know exactly what warning message you are receiving. It may be an easy fix and help you avoid the long wait times on the phone. Visit the Contact Us page on the Walt Disney World Resort website (I've linked it for you above) and select "Chat" to talk with a Cast Member.

I hope this helps, Courtney! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
