The big thing about technology is sometimes it does not always work out quite like we want it to. But never fear, I have been in your shoes a time or two in the past and it is a really quick fix. If you call Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 939-1936, a Cast Member will be able to help you with your reservation and have that confirmation email sent over to you again. Usually, they are able to look up vacation packages if not by confirmation number, then by the credit card number it was booked under, so be sure to have that handy just in case.
It would also be a good idea if you did book your rooms online and you were logged into your
My Disney Experience account, try to restart the app on your phone. Sometimes there is a delay in that reservation being loaded in the app and a quick restart will get things up to date. Of course, it would also be a good idea to check your spam folder if you already have not, as those emails may tend to end up there.
