What number do I call to add a crib request to our reservation April 9th

    Hiya Thomas!

Welcome to planDisney. Can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort trip is less than three weeks away?! I know you are going to have the most magical vacation, especially because you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel.

My family and I don't often get to stay onsite at a Disney resort hotel, but it always feels like a home away from home when we do. I think it is lovely that you can request a complimentary crib or Pack 'n Play at every resort hotel at Walt Disney World. Even the littlest Mouseketeers need a good night's sleep (probably even more than the bigger Mouseketeers). To request a crib or Pack 'n Play be added to your reservation (based on availability), speak to a Cast Member at 407-939-1936. Wait times to talk to Cast Members have been higher than average, so I advise you to call early or later in the day for shorter hold times. However, if you cannot get in contact with a Cast Member, you can always wait and request a crib during check-in at your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World. With so many attractions for the littlest parkgoer to enjoy, it will be a memorable trip for all.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
