Walt Disney World. I also have a trip planned for mid-November. I find that the weather tends to be milder that time of year, and halls are beginning to be decked for the most festive time of the year. Thanks for asking your question about special offers.
Whenever I'm anticipating special offers for an upcoming trip, I like to keep my eyes on two main resources, the
Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website and the
Disney Parks Blog. Usually, announcements are made on the blog around upcoming specials, and then you can take advantage of them by visiting the website. However, I do tend to check the website first because sometimes offers show up there that I've missed an announcement for. Also, keep an eye on the
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets page because offers can show up there that aren't on the Special Offers page, like the 2-Day, 2-Park Ticket you mentioned going on now through September 30.
Mickey likes to keep these plans in the vault until show time, so we never know when offers will be released or what they will be. Sometimes offers can be repeated in a different timeframe, and sometimes they disappear forever, making way for new offers we can look forward to. It's always a wonderful surprise when one pops up that I can use. That just gives me more money for souvenirs or splurge-worthy meals.
