On Nov. 28 ...I requested 4 day play fl resident disney resort tickets for two adults. They are good for six months. I Now they have them for 119 where I paid 168 for each ticket. Can I exchange tickets for these?

    Hello Marilyn!

I asked two Disney Cast Members your question, they they both said that your Play 4 Days Passes ($168.00) you have now can not be exchanged for the Wild 4 Disney Passes ($119.00).  However, I did find out that the Wild 4 Disney pass will expire on May 26th, 2011, and the Play 4 Days Pass does not expire until 180 after the first use.  That means the passes you have now give you greater flexibility when you can visit the Walt Disney World parks.

If you would like to speak to a Cast Member directly about your Play 4 Days Pass, please call ticket services 407-566-4985.

If there is something else we can do to help, please let me know!  Have a magical day!!!
