Hi David, welcome to planDisney!
Walt Disney World Resort is a magically inclusive destination. The services available for
Guests with disabilities include a variety of offerings designed to maximize the magic for all Guests. Disability Access Service (DAS) is a popular service that was designed to help Guests who have a hard time tolerating extended wait times in attractions' standard queues due to disability. Registered DAS Guests may reserve arrival times for themselves and up to five members of their
Family and Friends list for specific attractions, allowing families to experience the magic together.
I'm glad to hEAR you've been reading up on some practically perfect responses from my panelist pal
Jane. At this time, all Guests can pre-register for
DAS Advance via video chat when in the United States. Valid admission and
theme park reservations are required. Every Guest that is DAS registered is eligible for DAS Advance for any theme park reservations they have 2-30 days in the future. If you plan on arriving in the United States at least two days before your first park day, pre-registration is an option for you and your family. If not, Hakuna Matata, you may register in-person at any of the following Guest Relations locations after entering a theme park:
- City Hall at Magic Kingdom park
- Guest Relations lobby at Disney's Animal Kingdom park (near the main entrance)
- Guest Relations lobby at EPCOT (temporarily relocated to the far right of the park entry touchpoints)
- Guest Relations lobby at Disney's Hollywood Studios (near the main entrance)
- Guest Experience Team kiosks (marked with big, blue umbrellas throughout the theme parks)
If registering in-person, I encourage you to speak with the Cast Member about options for making DAS Advance selections, up to two per day, for park days later in the week. I also encourage you to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app, which allows you to make DAS return time selections from the palm of your hand.
I hope you and your family enjoy your time at
The World's Most Magical Celebration, David.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
