Hello Teresa,

You are correct. Even though the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) does not officially start until 7 p.m., in the past, Cast Members have permitted Guests with tickets for MNSSHP to enter as early as 4 p.m. This is my favorite party of the year!

The Crystal Palace is such a popular restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. And while I wish I could encourage you to snag the 3:20 p.m. reservation, without Park Tickets, you will not be permitted entrance until 4 p.m. My suggestion is to keep checking for later reservations. Many times Guests' plans will change, and that will open up dining times for your family!
