Whom do I notify that I am DISAPPOINTED that Sci-Fi no longer has Baby Back Ribs on the menu? I was last there in 2010 with DH and Kids. We are going back in June and I was SO LOOKING FORWARD to having them again.

    Hi, Catherine!

That is so very frustrating -- to develop a real taste for something, only to find it removed from the menu!

You have a couple of options.

1 - The folks in Guest relations are always willing to listen to your suggestions and comments. They can be reached via email at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com. Alternately, you can send a "snail mail" letter to :
    Walt Disney World
    Guest Communication Services
    Post Office Box 10040
    Lake Buena Vista FL 32830-0040

When you contact them, they ask that you include your name, telephone number, home address, and email address.

    2. This might be a long shot, but give a call to (407) WDW-DINE. If you express your disappointment and ask for a special request, they can note it in your file and give the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater a heads-up. When you arrive, make sure to reiterate your request.

Disney does its level best to ensure that its Guests have unforgettable, wonderful experiences. They will strive to ensure that you leave happy, and if you make them aware of your disappointment, they will work hard to make sure you leave happy.

    See you later, celebrator!
