    How can I be notified right away when the food and wine festival events become available for booking?

    There are lots of different ways to stay on top of events and happenings at Walt Disney World Resort! One of the best ways is to follow the Disney Parks Blog. You'll always be up-to-date on the latest Disney news and announcements, as well as merchandise offerings and special events. Walt Disney World on Twitter is also an excellent source of information.

    As for me personally, I make sure to let my Disney travel agent know if there's an upcoming offer I'm interested in, such as Disney's Free Dining promotion, or any runDisney events. An Authorized Disney Vacation Planner can keep an eye out for opening dates for special events, and help navigate you through the booking process. My travel planner is a rock star, and I tell her that often! She's been able to secure reservations for me that I've had trouble booking on my own, due to the popularity of certain events, or seasonal crowd levels.

    It's easy to find an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, and I've found that the best way is by asking your friends who they've used, and why they recommend them. A quick post to Facebook usually brings lots of responses and recommendations for some amazing Disney agents. Did you know it doesn't cost you a penny more to use a Disney Vacation Planner than if you book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation on your own? It's a no-brainer for me - I leave it to the expert!
