Alaina from TX Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is there a way to be notified if a reservation opens up on a particular date? The date I want is sold out, can I be notified if someone cancels their reservation?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Alaina!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! It looks like you will be arriving in a few days! WOO HOO! I know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

What a great question! However, I have to tell you that Mickey Mouse and his pals do not have the capability to alert Guests when a Disneyland Restaurant Reservation opens up if another Guest cancels their reservation. Now, the GREAT thing is that you are in the window where Guests actually do cancel their dining reservation because they do not want to pay the cancellation fee. My recommendation is to check dining reservations online throughout the day. I promise your persistence WILL pay off! I can't tell you how many times I have snagged a dining reservation like this!

I am wishing upon a star that you will be able to book your dining reservation! As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
