    Just noticed we will be at WDW for the flower & garden festival. We have never done this before and are curious what to expect. Four adults and 4 kids(4-9). Do we have to buy special tickets for the park? Thanks!!

    Hi Liz! Spring is a wonderful time for a Walt Disney World visit. Besides enjoying some nice warm weather when you are traveling from Michigan you can enjoy this Epcot Flower and Garden Festival.  You will not need to purchase special event tickets for the event. There will be multiple displays of flowers and extraordinary topiaries throughout the park. In the past there has been a butterfly garden as well as a children's play area. The flowers of the park are at their best with many extra displays. Also in the past HGTV has been on hand some days to have seminars or special shows. You can check www.disneyworld.com for the latest events and announcements as the time draws near.  Also check out who the entertainment will be at the American Adventure Pavilion. They bring in bands from the past for the guests to enjoy.
