    I noticed when trying to reserve a character dining at Storytellers Cafe it says to book on October 10th for the holiday menu. Our stay is from Dec 3rd-Dec 9th. Is there a reason for this? Also, when do the character dinings switch over to Christmas theme?

    Hello there Danielle!  Your magical trip is right around the corner!

    I am so excited for Mickey's Holiday Pajama Party breakfast and brunch at Storytellers Cafe at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!  It sounds like the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, and also sounds like a great excuse to wear matching holiday pajamas!  

    The Disneyland Resort will transform into the Holiday Season officially on November 15, 2024, and Mickey's Holiday Pajama Party breakfast and brunch will begin on November 19, 2024.  You are correct that you are able to begin booking dining reservations for Storytellers Cafe on October 10, 2024 for this special dining experience.  You can begin to make your dining reservations up to 60 days in advance, so I highly recommend securing your dining reservations for Storytellers Cafe as soon as you can on October 10!  Dining reservations usually become available at 6:00 AM PT, but it can be later that day, so I encourage you to keep checking if you do not see it available right at 6:00 AM.  

    The Disney Parks Blog has a great article on all of the holiday festivities and food to experience during the Holiday season, I highly recommend exploring it before your trip.  Whether you're more interested in entertainment, attractions, or seasonal treats, there is something for everyone at the "Merriest Place on Earth!"
