I noticed on touringplans.com under historical crowds that park hours were extended during Christmas week last yr. When do they typically decide to change the hours, if they do? Thank you!

Hello!  It is always great hearing from a fellow Texan!  I hope you are staying cool during this time of year! This Texas heat is unbearable!

Oh, Disney can begin making these decisions months or weeks ahead of time.  Typically, you will find that they will make their decision to extend their hours the day you are actually in the park.  They will make an announcement for everyone to hear.  There is really no set time to make changes.  Just keep checking the Walt Disney World web page up until the day of your departure, but do not be surprised once you enter into any of our parks and an announcement is made!  I simply LOVE when they do this!

    ~Have a MAGICAL day!~
