Hey there, Cynthia, and welcome to planDisney!
You've come to the right place to ask your question--you've got a friend in me. As a fellow Disney World Annual Passholder who has experienced something similar with an annual pass (or two), I am more than happy to help you out.
There are a couple of ways that you can update your Disney World annual pass's Monthly Payment Plan's card on file. The first way is pretty convenient: Call a friendly Disney Cast Member via the
Annual Passholder-exclusive hotline. (You may have to toggle the "Reservations and Tickets" dropdown menu to find the phone number on the linked website above.) From there, press Option 3 and Option 1 (for English). Make sure that you have your new credit or debit card in hand and ready to read its information to the Cast Member.
You can also update the card on file in person. If you're a Sunshine State resident who lives super close to the theme parks, this is a great option. You can do this by visiting either the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or Guest Relations in the theme parks. I was at Hollywood Studios's entrance once when I realized why my
MagicBand+ wasn't working: I had just replaced a lost card and my card needed to be updated! So, I simply walked over to Guest Relations, and they took care of it in a jiffy.
AN EXTRA GEM: I'm excited for you to return to the theme parks, especially EPCOT. The
Flower & Garden Festival has officially started and there is some pretty cool springtime-inspired
Annual Passholder merch available to us. If you're looking for a free collectible, you have to hop over to Animal Kingdom to get your paws on the Zootopia Annual Passholder magnet. The last day to pick it up from Discovery Trading Company is coming up soon: March 15, 2026.
Cynthia, from one Disney World local to another, I hope that this answer helps you get back to the magic. Please don't hesitate to
give us a holler here at planDisney if you have any other questions about your annual passes--and beyond!
Magic always,
LeAndra
