Your eyes do not deceive you! The
Disney Parks calendar for October 18, 2023 does indeed reflect a later closing time for Magic Kingdom Park! The operating hours posted on the Disney Parks calendar are for all Guests. So, Magic Kingdom Park will be open for all Guests from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on that date! Please note that park operating hours are subject to change. I always recommend checking the Disney Parks calendar occasionally to see if operating hours have changed.
Late nights in the Disney Parks, especially Magic Kingdom Park, are my favorite time to be in the parks! Keep in mind that the 11:00 closing time means that you can get in line for an attraction just before 11:00 and remain in the park until you have completed the attraction. Even if closing time has come and passed! So, you can really be in the park until well after closing time! After you complete the attraction, you will then need to exit the park for the night.
Taeho, special or unique hours will also be posted. For example, you might have noticed that
“Early Entry” is noted on the calendar as 7:30 to 8:00 AM for Magic Kingdom Park. The Early Theme Park Entry benefit (at all four Disney Parks) is for all Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel! If you ever see
“Extended Evening” listed, that is for Guests staying at a deluxe Walt Disney World Resort hotel or deluxe villa.
