    I noticed that none of the restaurants at the Coronado Springs Resort are listed on the 2011 Disney Dining Plan. Is it possible they will be added later? Planning a trip for January and would like to stay at a resort who's restaurants are on the Plan.

    Hi Rachel - I don't have any insider information, but I can say that in past years, many restaurants are added as it gets closer to the new year.  This has included the restaurants at Coronado Springs.  I'd recommend that you keep checking.
