Hi! I noticed there are no dinner reservations open in February yet for Goofy’s Kitchen when there are plenty of breakfast and brunch available. Are the reservations full or have dinner reservations not opened yet? Thanks!!

    Hi Marilee,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! If you’re looking to add a little extra Disney magic to your vacation, Character Dining is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. I recently enjoyed the Mickey’s Christmas Carol dining experience at Storytellers Cafe, and we all had an amazing time!

A visit to Goofy’s Kitchen is always a good time! Dining reservations can be made 60 days in advance, so you’re definitely ahead of the game. I checked today, and reservations are currently available through February 10. I do see that the week of February 1–7 is blocked off, but I haven’t heard any news as to why. Hopefully, that week will open up, and more days in February will become available as time goes on.

Goofy’s Kitchen is a popular dining location, so make sure you don’t wait too long to make your reservation. If your preferred date isn’t available, keep checking periodically to see if something opens up. People’s plans change all the time, and new reservations often pop up. Lots of guests tend to release their reservations the week of their visit, and especially the night before. Your last best chance at snagging a reservation is to stop by Goofy’s Kitchen on the day of your visit. They do offer limited same-day reservations for guests.

Don’t forget that there are other great Character Dining options you might consider, such as Storytellers Cafe, Princess Breakfast Adventures, and Breakfast at the Plaza Inn. All of these are wonderful alternatives if you’re unable to visit Goofy’s Kitchen.

I hope this information is helpful, Marilee! If you have more questions or need help with any other part of your trip, feel free to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’d love to share more tips and sprinkle a little pixie dust on your vacation.

    Happy dining!
